It's time to say goodbye

Well, it's been 3 years and I have really enjoyed the place, I met some great people, and it has provided great therapy for myself. But there always comes a time when you just need to move on, meet new friends and get out of your routine to further your own self. And it's time I just did that. I found a NEW GYM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT were YOU THINKING?

My membership is up and I'm tired of the lack of equipment, broken cardio, and stupid trainers. So I looked at another place that is closer to my home called NeoLimits. Steamroom, areobic classes, more of what I like, better equipment, MORE equipment, MORE free weights. A cardio theater so I can watch a movie in the winter and forget I'm using a hamster machine. I got a free 5 day pass and had a good time today at my first class. The class was small, the girls were awesome in it and very friendly and the instructor I know from teaching ZUMBA at the other class!

Today I had a friend over for lunch. She is starting Weight Watchers so I made an entire CORE lunch, a small variety of several of my favorite foods. She is really awesome and we had a great time!

Well....off to a PTO meeting!
